When faced with a home emergency, Todd Trask, Vice President of Emergency Services and our technicians are available 24/7. Here’s a little bit about Todd, an essential part of the Flood Response team:

Currently working as the Vice President of Emergency Services for Flood Response, Todd Trask moved to the desert in October of 2004. Todd worked in the floor care industry for 5 years prior to getting into the Emergency Service Industry. He started working with Flood Response getting his hands dirty as a field technician. Moving through the company he continued to grow and excel in his knowledge and expertise of the industry.

Becoming certified in many different facets of water damage, he holds 7 IICRC certifications including Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage, Commercial Drying Specialist, and Fire Restoration. The IICRC issued Todd the title of Master Water Restorer, the highest level of certification through the IICRC, due to his continued training, experience, and longevity in the field.

As Vice President of Emergency Services he oversees the entirety of Flood Responses mitigation, remediation, and contents divisions. Todd works with clients to help them understand their options on how to best mitigate damage that has incurred from water, fire, or mold losses at their property.

Todd has worked on all levels of insurance claims and self-pay projects from small toilet overflows to large loss multi-unit commercial flooding. His main goal is to help others by providing his expertise to allow clients to make sound, informed decisions on their property.
